Even though they were admist renovations, they still keep everything clean. I've never seen a hotel that wipes all room doors and doorframes almost every day. The room was laid out well to organize everything without being cluttered. The cabinet under the TV held the microwave, coffee maker and the fridge. The countertop was connectedand made a desk. The cabinet in the bathroom had a place for towels, washcloths, hand towels, toilet paper and hair dryer

The rooms, service, and location are 5-stars. However, I deducted a star overall because they were in construction and the Hilton Honors app didn't give us a heads-up. So we selected our room through the app, without knowing about the construction. We were woken up by loud construction above our room at 8am, after arriving at 3am from a delayed flight. The hotel staff was super nice and accommodating to move us to a different floor. (Construction was on 7th floor, we were on 6th floor.) I suggest adding something to the HH app, so that folks know the situation when booking a room and/or have the front desk alert customers. For example, the front desk could say "just wanted to let you know that you selected a room at the 6th floor; however, there is currently construction on the 7th floor." We travel to Denver often for business. And we will definitely go back. We can't wait to see the hotel after the remodel! Loved the restaurant and bar downstairs. Staff was SUPER nice. We reserved a king suite. The king bed is a true king size. The bathroom is spacious and has two outlets (one on each side of vanity). The mattress, pillows, and bedding were perfect. There are two chest of drawers. Thank you!

One of our best lodging experience on vacation as a family. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to highways that led into downtown and Colorado Springs. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable, which was perfect after a long day of activities. You can tell that a lot of detail goes into making housekeeping run smoothly, our room was immaculately clean. Our daughter loved the pool. Checking in and out was seamless and the staff was friendly and knew a lot about places to eat and things to do in the area. . We’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you everyone for making our vacation memorable.

The stay was fantastic. The rooms are very nice spacious and clean. The amenities were stocked well. The staff was super friendly even before they knew we were with a large group. However because we were they where especially helpful and accommodating. I feel this might have changed our experience slightly because they were willing to adjust dinner time for us, I wouldn't expect that without having so many rooms but they were very gracious and the food was great both breakfast and dinner. The staff was warm and engaging. Wonderful experience overall and it was nice having the light rail a short 8 to 10 minutes from the hotel as well which provides access to many of the large venues in Denver.

Beautiful stay rooms were super clean beds were so comfortable. Will definitely be back. Sad about the pool! Only thing that was missing.

The new renovations are beautiful! Kelly and her team are exceptionally professional and a pleasure to meet with. The meeting space was perfect for our meetings.

For the past several months I have been staying here 9 nights ever two weeks. Great service. Rhonda and everyone else are always available to help with anything. Only thing is lighting in rooms can probably use some work.

Clean room close to several food chain establishments. A/C in the room is a bit noisy but outside is quiet.
